What is this role?
LiveFlow is hiring a Sales Manager in New York to take immediate ownership of its Account Executive team. This is a player-coach position at an AI-native ERP company — meaning you'll both manage the team and stay active in deals. LiveFlow has raised $20M+ from YC, Seedcamp, and WndrCo, serves 6,000+ businesses, and is replacing legacy ERP systems like NetSuite for multi-entity businesses in healthcare, construction, food & beverage, and retail.
What you'll own
Owning the performance of a team of Account Executives — pipeline, deal velocity, and forecast accuracy
Running weekly 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and deal strategy sessions with AEs
Coaching reps on live deals with specific, tactical guidance
Joining and helping close strategic deals when needed
Ramping new AEs and SDRs transitioning into AE roles
Maintaining CRM hygiene and pipeline accuracy standards
Interviewing and hiring future AEs as the team scales
Tracking conversion rates and deal velocity as core north stars
Who this is for
A proven B2B SaaS AE who has managed 5+ reps, has full-cycle mid-market closing experience ($30K+ ACV), still wants to be in deals, and is ready for a high-ownership seat at a high-growth startup with a clear path into senior sales leadership.
